Description: The wine has an intense and bright straw color, it is elegant on the nose, first revealing very fine floral notes, then giving way to the fruit, partly citrus, partly exotic, with hints of almond and mango. On the palate it reveals great freshness and a balanced, rich, savoury substance.

pairings
Fiano CHIUSA is a versatile wine in pairings, it goes very well with both seafood dishes and white meats and the typical buffalo mozzarella.
A dish that I recommend you try is a very simple cod salad, just heat it up, quickly chop it and season with extra virgin olive oil, lemon and parsley. Simple and tasty like drinking a glass of Fiano 🙂
